Your first visit is a Social Visit with an Advanced Medical Assistant (AMA). The AMA will review your medications, identify any specialists, generate referrals (if needed) and obtain your medical record. This visit is specifically designed for our Medicare Advantage HMO patients. Your next visit will be within 1-week and with your PCP getting to know each other and planning your individual healthcare treatment plan.

HealthTexas Primary Care Doctors accepts Medicare, Medicare with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and Supplement Plans. HealthTexas exclusively accepts UnitedHealthcare for Medicare Advantage.
We do not accept Medicaid only or Market Place Insurance.
